Talks
To encourage the exchange of ideas, we have scheduled time for discussion.
- Invited talks: 25 minutes (20 minutes + discussion)
- Contributed talks: 15 minutes (12 minutes + discussion)
- Available projector connections: VGA, HDMI, Mini DisplayPort (Apple).
- To avoid delays, we kindly ask speakers to upload their presentations to the conference computer provided by the organizers.
Posters
The poster area is in the corridor leading to the auditorium and in the adjacent foyer.
- Please set up posters on the first morning of the conference.
- Posters should be removed by the end of the conference on Friday.
- Format: up to A0, portrait orientation.
Food & Coffee
Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided to all participants on each of the three conference days.
- Meals and refreshments will be served in the foyer at the end of the corridor to the autidorium
Conference Dinner & Social program
The conference dinner will take place on Thursday evening on the historical ship Hohentwiel. For the transfer to the marina, a bus will depart at the FHV. Detailed information will be announced during the workshop.



Join us on Friday afternoon for a group hike to the stunning Rappenloch Gorge! It is located close to the venue and can be conveniently reached by local bus. Weather permitting, this will be a great opportunity to enjoy nature together. The exact meeting point and time schedule will be announced during the workshop.
